Output Decals URP link in Learning Templates directs to HDRP Lit Decal Documentation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D HDRP Template project
2. Install the Learning Templates sample in the Package Manager window
3. Select Sample_Showcase GO in the Hierarchy
4. Select Decal Particles Sample in the Inspector window
5. Click on the Output Decals URP link

Actual results: The User is directed to the Output Particle HDRP Lit Decal manual page

Expected results: The User is directed to the Output Particle URP Lit Decal manual page

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2

Can’t test with versions: 2022.3.56f1 (Learning Templates Sample is not available in the PackageManager window

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24, macOS 15.2
