Dark artifacts appear on the edges of Cascade when setting HDRP sample scene's quality to "High"

How to reproduce:
1. Open the “vso-2024.1” project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Observe the shadows on the Scene’s floor by moving around the Camera View

Expected result: No visible dark spots appear on the Cascade borders
Actual result: There is noticeable dark line on the Cascade borders
