Errors in Test Runner: "Invalid GUILayout state" and "Item with same key added," due to truncated duplicate test names.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open Test Runner (Window > General > Test Runner)
3. Press “Run All“
4. Observe the Console

Expected result: Tests run successfully
Actual result: Errors “UI Error: Invalid GUILayout state in TestRunnerWindow view“ and “ArgumentException: An item with the same key has already been added“ are present

Reproducible with: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0b3

Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
