Steps to reproduce:
- Download attached project and open in Unity.
- Open the Render Pipeline Converter >> Window >> Rendering >> Render Pipeline Converter.
- Select Source Pipeline to Universal Render Pipeline (Universal Renderer).
- Select Target Pipeline to Universal Render Pipeline (2D Renderer).
- Hover the cursor over the Material Reference Converter.
Observe the Tooltip.
Actual results: The tooltip mentions just URP.
Expected results: The tooltip should mention 2D URP, not just URP. Because the project is already using URP.
