Changing Signing organization on a Template still shows the same organization in the Hub

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the Hub
2. Make sure the Hub is on "All organizations"
3. Open the "Templates" tab
4. Click the "New template" button
5. Select any project
6. Click the "Next" button
7. Enter required fields
8. Create the Template
9. Right-click the Template and select "Edit"
10. Change the Signing organization
11. Click the "Next" button and then the "Update" button
12. Repeat step 8
13. Observe the Signing organization

Actual results: The Signing organization did not change, still showing the original organization

Expected results: The Signing organization changed

Reproducible with versions: 3.18.0

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
