"BuildProfiles" in "Project" window should be presented in human language

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles", and select Add Build Profile to open the Platform Browser window
3. In the Platform Browser window, select the platform that you want to build. If it is not added, do it through the "Install with Unity Hub "
4. When it is added, select "Add Build Profile"
5. And go to the "Project" window ->Assets and find "BuildProfiles"

Actual result:  "BuildProfiles". An attachment is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: "Build Profiles"

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
