How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-99563_repro“ project

Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: The Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a17, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0a8
Not recordable with: 2022.3.62f1, 2023.2.0a16, 6000.2.0b3

Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
