"Lens Flare (SRP)" Component is missing documentation link

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Hierarchy, create any GameObject
3. In the Inspector, click "Add component" -> "Lens Flare (SRP)
4. Click the "?" button on the Component
5. Observe the results

Expected results: The documentation is opened
Actual results: The link leads to the missing documentation

Reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0b1
