TextField cannot be focused when the Input System Event System script is being used

Reproduction steps:

Expected result: Text in the TextField is highlighted
Actual result: Information in the TextField is replaced with character “s”

Reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a21
