“No Theme Style Sheet set to PanelSettings” warnings appear when changing Tessellation Mode of an SVG asset used as a Background of Visual Element

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-120158.zip” project
2. Open “SampleScene”
3. From the Project Window, select “icons8_phone.svg”
4. In the Inspector, change the “Tessellation Mode” to a different one that is set
5. Click Apply
6. Enter Play mode
7. Observe the Console

Expected result: No warnings
Actual result: Three “No Theme Style Sheet set to PanelSettings , UI will not render properly” warnings are shown

Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b8, 6000.4.0a3
Couldn’t test with: 6000.0.60f1, 6000.2.10f1 (SVG format not supported)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
