How to reproduce:
1. Open up the Test Track Sample and observe Console

Actual result: Warnings thrown without any interaction
Expected result: No warnings

Reproducible with: 2021.3.13f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b14, 2023.1.0a18 (Template is not available)

Warning messages:
"The referenced script on this Behaviour (Game Object 'TerrainBlocker_Outer_02') is missing!"
"The referenced script on this Behaviour (Game Object 'TerrainBlocker_Inner_03') is missing!"

Note: Warnings do not appear again on opening the project a second time, but the scripts on those Game Objects are still missing

Reproduced on: Windows 11
