How to reproduce:
- Open the "TilePalette" project
- Open the "SampleScene"
- Select the "Grid/Tilemap"
- Focus on the Scene view
- Press the "Open Tile Palette" in the Scene view overlay
- In the Tile Palette window, press "Create new Tile Palette" -> "Create new Tile Palette"
- Press Create, and then Cancel in the "Create palette into folder"
- Move the open warning dialog box over the Tile Palette window completely
- Focus on any other window
- Focus back on the Editor and observe
Expected result: "You cannot save to an invalid folder" warning dialog box is shown on top of everything
Actual result: "You cannot save to an invalid folder" warning dialog box is hidden behind the Tile Palette window, and the user is unable to close it

Not reproducible in: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.0b2 (1c4764c07fb4), 6000.2.11f1

Notes:
- After the reproduction, the Editor cannot be interacted with or closed (unless closed manually from within the Task Manager)
- Other dialog boxes (e.g. Build Profiles' Invalid path warning dialog box) are always on top, allowing the user to close them
- The Tile Palette window has to be a floating window
