A bunch of Shader Warnings are thrown after switching platform to Android/Web when using Universal 3D Template

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Universal 3D Template Project
2. Open Build Profiles Window (File -> Build Profiles)
3. Click on Android/Web module
4. Press Switch Platform Button
Expected result: After switching the platform no Errors or Warnings are being thrown
Actual result: A lot of shader warnings are thrown
