How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project “IN-143376”
2. In the Project window select Assets → “Greeting”
3. In the Inspector, locate the "Load Type" setting and set it to "Streaming"
4. Observe that “Preload Audio Type” checkbox is off and is not interactable
5. Open Window → Analysis → Project Auditor
6. Click "Analyze"
7. Navigate to Assets → Asset Issues tab
8. Observe the “Audio: Preload Audio is enabled” issues
Actual result: “AudioClip ‘Greeting' is set to Preload Audio Data” when the checkbox is unmarked
Expected result: Unity correctly reads “Preload Audio Data” checkbox
