Showing "reasoning" when LLM is waiting for plan reviewing (tool response)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Plan mode
2. Generate any plans, then the agent will ask you to approve or give feedback for the plan. 
3. You'll see the "reasoning" displayed in the bottom left corner.

Actual results: 

Expected results: 

We should show another words instead of "reasoning" which made user be confused. Because LLM is just waiting for users response.
