Sticky notes title disappear on mouse over.

6000.3.0a5 onwards

Steps to reproduce:

Create a Sticky note in VFX Graph.
Add a Title and delete any text in the body.
Shrink the Sticky Note size to the minimum so that the title is perfectly surrounded.
Mouse over the sticky note title.

Actual results: The title seems to disappear as some extra lines make it jump.

Expected results: The title shouldn't disappear.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b1 6000.3.0a5

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4
