Preset Manager label/title uses dark theme UI in Light Theme

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project
2. Ensure the Editor is set to Light Theme
3. Go to Edit → Project Settings
4. Select the Preset Manager item
5. Click Add Default Preset
6. Select any item from the list
7. Once it is visible in the Preset Manager window, observe the label/title UI

Actual results: The label/title still uses dark theme UI styling while in Light Theme

Expected results: Label/title should correctly match the Light Theme UI styling for consistency

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a5 (36d7e9fd6645)

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 22, macOS 15.6 M4
