Caret is not drawn in the Textfield of UI Toolkit “Text Field” example if it’s focused and has no text

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to Menu > Window > UI Toolkit > Samples
3. Open the “Text Field” example
4. Delete text in the “UXML Field” field
5. Observe the text field

Expected result: Caret is visible
Actual result: Care is not visible
