"Unable to load projects" is thrown in "Add project from Repository" window when focusing on another program while window is loading

Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click on Add > Add from repository
3. Focus another program for a bit and focus back to the Unity Hub
4. Wait for the loading to finish and observe

Actual result: "Unable to load projects" is thrown
Expected result: Projects are displayed
