VFX Learning Templates contains links to missing Manual Pages

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open HDRP_VFX_Learning_Templates Scene
3. Select the Sample_Showcase object in the Hierarchy
4. Switch to the Multi-Strips GPU-Event page
5. Click on the Trigger Events hyperlink

Actual results: Hyperlink leads to a missing documentation page

Expected results: Hyperlinks included in Learning Templates lead to the correct manual reference material

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.6
