Node Previews are not centered when Nodes have a longer name in Shader Graph

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open any Project with the Shader Graph package installed
2. Create any Shader Graph and open it
3. In the Blackboard add any Node and convert it to Sub-graph by double clicking
4. Enter a long string in place of the Asset name
5. Observe the Sub-graph's Preview, expand and collapse it

Actual results: The Sub-graphs Preview is not centered when expanded and the Node is wide due to a long name

Expected results: A Node's preview is centered so it looks flush with all other Nodes

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10
