A 404 page is opened when selecting "Open Documentation" for any custom Sub-graph in Shader Graph

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open any Project with the Shader Graph package installed
2. Create any Shader Graph in the Project Browser and open it
3. Create any Node, In-line Node or Property
4. Right-click it and choose "Convert > Sub-graph"
5. Right click the newly created Sub-graph and choose "Open Documentation"
6. Observe the newly opened page's address

Actual results: A 404 page opens up, but the address is looking for a specific Node that corresponds to how the Sub-graph is named

Expected results: Page is opened to Sub-graph documentation when the Sub-graph is custom made by users

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.48f1, 6000.1.1f1, 6000.2.0a10
