Package "Display Name" and "Technical Name" misses truncation in the "Export Package" window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Click “+” and select “Create package”
4. Enter a longer package name and click the  “Create”
5. Select the newly created package and click the "Export" button in the details window 
6. Observe the window

Actual results: Long package name is not truncated with ellipsis (“…”), also it goes out of the window due to missing margin.

Expected results: Long package name should be truncated with ellipses as it is implemented in other places, and a margin should be added.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a5, 6000.30b1

Not reproducible with versions: -

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a4 as package creation functionality landed just in 6000.3.0a5

Tested on (OS): M1 Max - Sequoia 15.6.1
