Image to Asset - generated content doesn't match input image

Steps to reproduce:

1. Prompt: "Generate game assets inspired by the attached image" + upload an image of a dog. run prompt
2. Look at the assets generated.

Actual results: the generated assets have nothing to do with the input image. See screenshots attached. 

Expected results: the generated assets should match the input content

Notes:

• Talked to Nan Chen. Seems like current the assistant is not able to access the uploaded content if the content is not in the project folder. We should fix this ASAP for Open Beta. Image to Asset is a suggested prompt on the Assistant window. this use case should work 100% of the time.
