'This package version has no signature' warning links to outdated documentation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the attached .tgz folder (do not extract it)
2. Open a Unity project
3. Open the Package Manager via Window > Package Manager
4. Click on + > Install package by Tarball...
5. Locate and install the downloaded .tgz folder
6. In the Package Manager, select the installed CanaryPackage2 package
7. Click 'Read more' on the 'This package version has no signature' warning message

Actual results: The documentation that is opened is for 2022.3

Expected results: The documentation that is opened is for Unity 6 Preview (6000.0)

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.15f1

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.43f1

Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.43f1 (warning doesn't appear to exist)

Tested on (OS): Windows 10/11
