There are a number of reasons we make this decision, including the impact and severity of the issue across our user and customer base, and the possibility that future plans may solve the problem in a different way, or that a workaround for the bug may be available. Today we will be closing this case as this fix is available in newer version of Unity. How to reproduce:
1. Open the “DecalShakeBug.zip“ project
2. Open Scene “DecalBug”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the GameObject “Grating“

Expected result: The decal doesn’t shake
Actual result: The decal shakes

Reproducible with: 2022.2.11f1 (the shaking exists, but is a lot more subtle), 2023.1.0b8, 2023.2.0a6
Can't test with: 2020.3.46f1 (URP-HighFidelity-Renderer is missing RendererFeatures), 2021.3.21f1 (No TAA option)

Reproduced on: macOS 13.0.1 (Intel), Windows 10 (by the user)
