How to reproduce:
- Create a new project
- Open the Package Manager (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
- Install the Behavior package
- Create two Behavior Graphs in the Project window (Create > Behavior > Behavior Graph)
- Double-click one of the two newly created Behavior Graphs
- In the Graph tab click “Open” in the top left corner
- In the dropdown menu select the other created Graph
- Select the original Behavior Graph tab and try to zoom in or out
- Observe the behavior
Actual result: Scrolling events do not work in the first tab
Expected result: Scrolling events work in the first tab
Reproducible with: 1.0.15 (6000.0.33f1, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.4f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.14 (6000.0.33f1, 6000.4.4f1)

Workaround: Opening both Graphs from the Project window via double-click
Note: Opening a Behavior Graph via the "Open" menu in the Graph tab breaks scrolling functionality in the Graph tab that it was originally opened from
