Addressables Profiles and Analyze windows no minimum window size

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the Addressables package (com.unity.addressables)
3. Open the Addressables Groups window (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Groups)
4. Create Addressables Settings
5. Open the Addressables Profiles window (Window > Asset Management > Addressables > Profiles)
6. Resize the Addressables Profiles window to smallest possible

Actual results: Adressables Profiles window has no minimum size set

Expected results: Adressables Profiles window has a minimum size set

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.61f1, 6000.2.10f1, 6000.3.0b9, 6000.4.0a4

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1, Windows 11

Notes:

• Adressables Analyze window also does not have a minimum size set
