Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the "ScreenOrientation.zip" project
2. Go to File > Build Profiles and switch to the Android Platform
3. Go to Edit > Project Settings > Player > Resolution and Presentation
4. Enable "Resizeable Activity" setting
5. Go to "Other Settings" and make sure that "Game Activity" is selected as "Application Entry Point"
6. Build and Run to the device (The device should be in portrait mode, and have Autorate On enabled)
7. In the app press "Autorotation" button and enable all orientations
8. Open the app in split screen with native Android app (e.g. Settings)
9. Rotate device to Portrait Upside Down orientation
10. Focus the app if not focused
Actual results: App starts constantly resizing, creating flickering effect
Expected results: App stays in the same orientation that was before rotating
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.2f1, 6000.0.14f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.41f1, 2022.3.40f1, 6000.0.1f1
