How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Install the "Visual effects graph" package
3. In the Project view, create a new visual effect graph
4. Resize the VFX template window to be as small as possible
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the template list
6. Begin resizing the window to be bigger
Expected outcome: As the window gets bigger, templates appear in the list
Actual outcome: As the window gets bigger, the templates don't appear in the list (they only appear after the resizing is done)
Reproducible with: Visual effects graph 16.0.1 (2023.2.0a9), 16.0.4 (2023.2.0b16), 17.0.1 (2023.3.0a12)
Could not test with: 16.0.0 and earlier (VFX graph template window is not introduced yet)
Reproduced on: macOS (13.4 Ventura)
