Dialog Text during the Confirmation stage of Bug Report Submission is cut off when the Bug Reporter Window is resized to it's smallest possible size

Steps to reproduce:

Open the Bug Reporter
Enter all fields to pass Validation
Resize the Windows to it's smallest possible size
Send the Bug Report and observe the last stage of Submission, the "Confirmation" dialog

Actual results: Text in dialog doesn't wrap in any way so it would be contained inside and visible at all times

Expected results: Dialog text is visible in all Bug Reporter Window sizes

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.6f1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a5

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
