Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” project
2. Select “Assets/Project/Graphs/GraphModel 1” Asset in the Project window
3. Observe the Inspector window
4. Right-click on the “Packages/NewGraph” Folder in the Project window
5. Press on the “Reimport” Button
6. Repeat steps 2-3
7. Close and open the Editor
8. Repeat steps 2-3
Expected result: “GraphModel 1” still has a reference to the “GraphModel.cs” class
Actual result: “GraphModel 1” doesn’t save the reference to the “GraphModel.cs” class
