Forbidden for a path symbols can be entered to the path of Conversion Tool

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> TextMeshPro -> Project Files GUID Remapping Tool
3. In the "Folder Path", type any of the forbidden symbols (*, <>, ?, |, ')
4. Observe the results

Expected results: The symbols can't be entered and a tooltip explaining a reason appears
Actual results: All forbidden symbols can be entered

Reproducible with: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.27f1, 6000.1.0a4
