VFX Graph Node Board Resets Position After Entering or Exiting Play Mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity Project using the URP Template
2. From the Package Manager, install the Visual Effect Graph package
3. Create a new VFX Graph via Window > Visual Scripting Graph
4. Open the created VFX Graph
5. Reposition the node board using the middle mouse button
6. Enter Play Mode or exit Play Mode
7. Observe the position of the node board in the VFX Graph window

Actual results: The node board resets to its default position after entering or exiting Play Mode

Expected results: The node board should retain its position in the VFX Graph window, preserving the user's layout adjustments

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.13f1, 2022.3.61f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.5f1, 6000.2.0b3

Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.52f1, 2022.3.12f1

Tested on (OS): macOS 15.5 (Silicon M4)

Notes:

•  This can be annoying as the user will have to repeatedly organise their graphs each time they exit the Play Mode
