Black artifacts appear in the Scene view when moving the mouse with the Scene and Device Simulator windows open

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "IN-91610" project
2. Make sure Scene and Device Simulator windows are both open
3. Move the mouse around the screen
4. Observe the Scene view while moving the mouse

Expected result: The Scene view does not flicker
Actual result: The Scene view starts flickering and produces black artifacts
