Package Manager Project Settings information box has empty spaces and is misaligned

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity Project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Package Manager -> Advanced Settings
3. Observe the information box

Expected results: The information box doesn't have too much empty space and is properly placed inside the container
Actual results: The information box has too much empty space and is placed badly inside the container

Reproducible with: 2022.3.43f1, 6000.0.16f1
Can't test with: 2021.3.43f1 (Additional checkbox that makes information box appear not on the bottom of the container)

Reproducible on: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
