Steps to reproduce:
- Make sure Display scaling is set to 225% or higher Scale
- Create a new 3D URP project
- In the Hierarchy, select any GameObject
- In the Inspector, in the Transform Component Scale property observe the "Enable constrained proportions" button
Actual results: The button icon renders at a lower resolution than surrounding UI elements - appears blurry/pixelated
Expected results: The icon renders crisply, matching the sharpness of adjacent icons and text in the Inspector
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.9f1, 6000.5.0b10, 6000.6.0a5
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
