How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_62232" project
2. Press on the second “InputField” GameObject in the Hierarchy and make sure “Hide mobile input” is enabled in the Inspector
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown, select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. In the Player press on the Input Field on the right side (if the keyboard opens press "Done" and repeat this step 5-10 times)
Expected result: The keyboard shows up every time without a mobile input bar
Actual result: Sometimes keyboard doesn't show up
Reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.9f1
