Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj" with Android Platform
2. Open the “/Assets/Repro/Repro.unity” Scene
3. Install Android LogCat in Window > Package Manager > Unity Registry
4. Open Android LogCat by clicking Window > Analysis > Android LogCat
5. Build and Run
6. Search for “LoadImage” in LogCat
Expected result: “LoadImage returned True on DXT1 Texture.“ is seen
Actual result: Message “LoadImage returned False on DXT1 Texture.“ is seen
