"InvalidOperationException: Trackable 00000000000065D4-0000000000000000 is being added but is already in the list of trackables." when assigning a fresh Mutable Reference Image Library to Trackables

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ARFoundationBugReport.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click "Track Image A" in the Game view window
4. Move your mouse around to the images in the Scene
5. Click "Track Image B" in the Game view window

Expected results: No errors are thrown
Actual results: "InvalidOperationException: Trackable 00000000000065D4-0000000000000000 is being added but is already in the list of trackables." is thrown

Reproducible with: 6.0.5 (6000.0.44f1), 6.1.0 (6000.0.44f1, 6000.1.0b13, 6000.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 5.1.6 (2022.3.60f1), 6.0.0-pre.8 (compilation errors in the Console window)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
