Fullscreen Samples Showcase link to doc is broken

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new High Definition 3D project.
2. In Window > Package Manager > High Definition RP, download "Fullscreen Samples" from the Samples Tab.
3. Open "Fullscreen Samples" scene. Click on "Fullscreen Shaders".

Actual results: Link leads to a missing page.

Expected results:  No issue with the links in editor window.

Reproducible with versions: HDRP 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1)

Couldn't test:  HDRP 17.0.0 (2023.3.0a7), couldn't locate a Samples Showcase window.

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04

Notes:

• • No issue with the remaining links in this showcase.
  • As this is a link issue, I didn't regression test this much. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is required.
