When copy pasting nodes and blocks at the same time, blocks are not pasted, only nodes are kept. 23.1.0a20

Repro:

Create a VFX Graph and add a second system
In the first system, link nodes to a block
select the nodes and the block linked and copy it
select a block of the second system in the same context as the one copied in previous system
paste

Happens:

Only nodes are pasted, new block is discarded

Expected:

Block is pasted at the same spot a non linked block would, with the link to pasted nodes kept

if no context is selected, then only nodes are pasted?

Not tested on other versions!
