Developer Data framework hyperlink in the Diagnostics Project Settings tab does nothing when clicked

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Project Settings window (Edit > Project Settings)
3. Open the Diagnostics tab in the Project Settings window
4. Click the "Developer Data framework" hyperlink
5. Observe the Editor

Actual results: Nothing happens

Expected results: Developer Data framework website is opened

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.12f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0b1, 6000.6.0a1

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3
