Light 2D component documentation button leads to a page that does not exist when the documentation button is pressed in the Light 2D component

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 2D template
2. Select the "Global Light 2D" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
3. Click the "?" documentation button in the Inspector window on the Light 2D component
4. Observe the opened browser window

Actual results: The opened documentation page does not exist and says "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!"

Expected results: Light 2D component documentation is opened

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.51f1, 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.9f1, 6000.2.0b8, 6000.3.0a1
