Special characters in file names are sorted to the end of the alphabet in the Project window

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-115061” project
2. In the Project window, open the folder “Assets/Audio/Examples”
3. Using the slider at the bottom-right corner, minimize the view size
4. Observe the file order

Expected result: The “Ça coute combien.wav“ file is sorted after files starting with C
Actual result: The “Ça coute combien.wav“ file is sorted at the very end
