How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-115529” project
2. In the Project window, find and enter “TestBug“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Prefab objects are identical to Runtime objects
Actual result: Prefab objects are not identical to Runtime objects
Reproducible with: 6000.0.4f1, 6000.0.58f1, 6000.2.6f1, 6000.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.3f1
Reproduced on: macOS 15.6 (M1)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
