“CLI Arguments defaults” foldout does not open when clicked on the foldout’s title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Make sure at least one server build module is installed
3. Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
4. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
5. Select any Servers Build Profile that the module is installed
6. Click the "Add Build Profile" button
7. Click on the “CLI Arguments defaults” foldout's title
8. Observe the Build Profiles window

Actual results: Nothing happens

Expected results: the “CLI Arguments defaults” foldout opens

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b5, 6000.6.0a3
