UI Builder Viewport is rendered in solid black and ArgumentOutOfRangeException is thrown when zooming in

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the NewUXMLTemplate asset
3. Set Canvas resolution to 3840x2160 or 1920x1080 (Higher canvas resolution requires less zoom to trigger the issue)
4. Zoom in the Viewport

Actual results: Viewport is rendered in solid black with ArgumentOutOfRange Exceptions being spammed in the Console

Expected results: Viewport is rendered normally regardless of the zoom level with no Errors or Warnings being thrown in the Console

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.40f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b2

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.39f1
