Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. Switch Editor Theme to Light (Settings > General > Editor Theme)
3. Observe the Inspector window
Actual results: "Welcome to the Universal Render Pipeline" text becomes unreadable in the Inspector window Expected results: Editor window should repaint for Inspector window to be reabale after Editor Theme switch
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.47f1 2022.3.55f1, 6000.1.0a9
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 (M1)
