Steps to reproduce:

Create and open a new URP 3D template
Create a new Create > Rendering > URP Post-Process Data (named "CustomPostProcessData")
Assign it to any URP Asset file
Open the Object Picker window for the "Post Processing > Data"
Observe the available results

Actual results: Only the "CustomPostProcessData" is shown

Expected results: All available Post Process Data files are shown, including "CustomPostProcessData" and "PostProcessData"

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a10, 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.3f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a2

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 Pro (25H2)

Workaround: Disable and re-enable the 'Post-Processing > Enable', it will set the default Post Processing Data reference
